For the record I am not appealing your unjustified permanent bans on 2 accounts; I’m just showing you/ assist are 1 sided favoritism towards your buddy joe131 he can say and get away with that, he has no consequences, but indeed you make an example out of my 2 accounts…..

I was wrong and I will be the bigger man to admit when I'm wrong and apologize to Hype for calling him a Monkey, but to make a permanent ban on that user name acct for that infraction is a bit much.  there is nothing hateful of the name --U.S-.I.C.E-- as it stands for a federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement!!!!!!!! Weather you like the name or not, not a valid reason

Week or so later I renamed another 1 of my accounts ---U.S--.I.C.E--- only to have that account ban on Saturday -- your reason Alex racism.  Your good old buddy Joe131/Mystery took screenshots of players and myself in joking manner regarding deporting players, you can produce the screen shots here , showing it was in good fun and joking manner, you’re buddies joe more likely didn’t send all the screen shots all the chat only what he thought was important enough to send you.. Above you have even admitted you disliked my name……….

"Nazi" as an Insult: Calling someone a "Nazi" is indeed a serious and offensive insult. It's often associated with hateful ideologies, genocide, and extreme bigotry. Regardless of whether it's considered "racism" in a strict definitional sense (as Nazism is a political ideology, albeit one deeply intertwined with racism), it is certainly a form of hateful and offensive speech.

There has been a growing 'double standards' here in recent times. This is something that does really need to be addressed, so I would be very interested to see exactly what the Assist admins thoughts are on this thread (if they even respond at all....).

I really fail to see why 'Monkey' would result in a permanent ban, I mean, so what? It's not like it's any 'hardcore' slur of any kind. As for the permanent ban for the username, I honestly had to Google what it meant the first time I saw it.... From what I have seen in game in the server, I have never even seen one objection to the username from anyone, particularly from the American players. Ok, Wicked/Bumpy/US.I.C.E might have already been on a warning for whatever reason (maybe), but I certainly don't see either of these two factors being a tipping point for a permanent ban. A simple removal of the comment and a warning was all that was needed, if that was needed at all....

As an FYI, I provided these screenshots to Wicked, as reporting them didn't really go anywhere.....

I do believe that Joe is far less likely to get any kind of punishment no matter what he does, and I know that I'm certainly not the only one who thinks this. Why? If there's no Joe, there's no scrims. I've tried and tried to look at all this from a neutral perspective, but it just seems to me that scrims (and therefore Joe) is being put above the community. And that means Joe can be allowed run rampant doing whatever he wants, just for the sake of having a private little 4v4 club, which the Assist admins are privvy to.

Just my two cents worth, and I'm fully expecting none of the Assist admins will be responding to this thread, because in my own experience, they hardly ever respond to my messages on Discord anyway. Just business as usual, putting their heads in the sand..... It would be nice to be proven wrong, however!

The double standard is you looking the other way when your buddy Wickid uses the N word in the server and then trying to get Joe banned for saying black in Spanish even though its obviously a reference to Blackhorse.

If there is any racism here beyond Wickid posting the N word again, it is you thinking that calling a person black is equivalent to calling them a monkey. There is nothing wrong with being black Gunman.

And I wasn't going to say anything because I am against bans in general, but since you have me replying already- What are you guys even crying about? Wickid had 2 of his 30 accounts banned... so now he only has 28 accounts? Playtronics is beyond livid that he is banned from the shoutbox... even though he can still post in the shoutbox... I honestly have no idea why you guys even care

So you don't see an issue with calling people of color, especially those that live in a place with said jungles, monkeys? It may not be the N word but it sure ain't some innocent phrase like you're making it out to be. Once again, downplaying or ignoring your friend's actions. There's been countless times your friend group has said some wild shit to me and you're all for it. But if Joe or anyone else gives it back, the world is ending.
