Every now and then, but the pick your own weapon/forceclass servers are a dime a dozen, especially on the over played maps.

Why not create a poll? Although, that won't accurately reflect the community's thoughts because they're too busy soundcampwhoring in AA to come here.

coz some days/nights you cant find a normal server, new players get stuck in modded servers and when they come to normal server they suck or typing all round long modsf, but ye why bother..

edit: even now lol 3 1st servers and all are modded

maybe you should make some differences between the modded servers.
there are some fully modded, or some only with map vote, or some only with open slots, or some with a combination of that all. but for sure - and this i guarante you - are ALWAYS not modded servers. but as you did say, not a lot are playing them.

so you think people prefer mods over normal? ok but you will lose all the core players, you will stuck with new players. if there is any.

Personally i prefer random, mainly because on pick a weapon most people will pick sf, I don't mind the scope but when everyone has 203 its kinda kills the game a bit on certain maps.....especially bridge when all of defence has 203 which makes life even harder and it turns into a giant spam frenzy

Random seems more fun and balanced because usually there will only be 1 or 2 players per team with 203 or rpg and the rest have regular weapons

except for nades and shotguns
