a) Change the arranged port forwarding for 1716/1717 towards you notebook IP

b) Arrange a second rule for port 1726/1727 towards your notebook and set your notebook-server-ports like that

Cant understand what i have to do here and why i cant do that my pc and notebook be online together two assist will be ports opened in the same time? Its because of my wifi connection of my notebook?

I truly can't figure out what you are planning to do.

Are you wanna run two servers at the same time?
(One on your PC, one on your notebook)
>>Impossible cause your Internet connection can't handle two servers

Or do you just wanna play with your notebook while the server is running on your PC?
>>You don't have to open any ports at you notebook then.

and it is also impossible to run two computers on the same ip address, as you told us earier in this thread.
so give your Notebook another ip address - by hand. connfigure your router to handle this (static ip). see Internet documentations about that all (i did read your router manual), so you can do that too i guess.
good luck.
