well I disabled Auth for some minutes while I was updating some maps, is online again.

now it says "Downloading SF Hospital not allowed"... cant get in the servers with sf hospital

that map was revered to the original version, you will have to wait till the Servers update the map.
try another server or just wait for while.

If you are a server owner, stop your server(close dedicated server app) then start it again, maps will be auto downloaded.
