In case anyone hasn't realized, this is a new feature, not a bug... There's other threads where this was discussed. Guess nobody bothers to read the "unread posts".

most of the players out there dont come here to read through all the threads. u need a new tool to inform the players of the new features and their specific settings. maybe u could do this over the assist. otherwise u gonna upset a lot of ur aa-gamers. even for me as a more or less regular reader its difficult to follow and it annoys me, because i have not a lot of freetime. no offence, just a suggestion...

We assumed that most players would not mind the the console text size is now readable.

I don't understand how such a MINOR insignificant change that makes it easier to read read can make people so ANGRY? I only takes effect on monitors that have a high resolution.

Players HATE having to change their settings, it drives them crazy, even when it's a minor change ;)

u made a lot of minor changes in the last weeks and i cant overview them anymore. i can call me as an active player and reader, but whats with the guys out there who are not that active...
i think an easier way to access the required information and the functionality of the settings is key.

Well we're not going to be making any more changes for a Long long time now, probably never again.
I just hope we can fix the remaining bugs without having to roll back.

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)

What I don't understand is why people feel the need to let others know which way they lean all the time, Whether it 's left, right or whatever. It's a game message board and not a political site.
