... may be more often - it depends on how clean your house is, I suppose (no offence).
Anyways, every year I'm upgrading my PC and doing general cleaning, so I can't really tell what happens to a few years old hardware.
... In addition, I use water cooling and never had the same PC or laptop more than two years.

To gather a dxdiag.log, please click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report. Remove personal info from it and post download link.

first of all, clean your comp.
it will have a big impact if your cpu is running to hot.
