I guess its helpfull for bringing the game back to the top.

That will never happen. Still, I voted, playing AA for ESL is okay.

so when you go scrimming you can ask if they want to play via gather in order to get some matches done.

Seems like ESL will take AAO back again but they need active and motivated admins now :O

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
