I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for my actions in the past. I realize I made a mistake and it might have affected your experience in a negative way. That was never my intention, and I'm genuinely sorry for any frustration I may have caused.

I understand how important it is to create a positive and fun environment for everyone, and I regret that my behavior didn’t reflect that. I appreciate you taking the time to play and enjoy the game, and I want to do better moving forward.

I kindly ask if you would consider unbanning me from the game. I’ve reflected on my actions and I promise to be more mindful in the future. I respect the rules and your decision, but I hope you’ll give me the chance to show that I can be a positive part of the community.

He has been a problem in this community for literally years. It’s the same BS cycle over and over and over again. Joe is abhorrent to people, Joe gets banned, Joebangers help get his ban removed, Joe continues his behaviour, rinse and repeat..... Do the Assist admins really want to be responsible for reintroducing the same old BS drama back into this game?

Even this very 'apology' on this very thread he copied and pasted from what he wrote in the shoutbox. Only difference, is that he removed the reference to me at the start of his 'apology' before posting to the forum.


Calling someone a 'spineless crooked tooth fuck' and apologising for his behaviour within the same sentence is quite the contradiction.
It's only a tiny little thing, but it shows he is never going to change.

I am not sure why you are posting those ban appeals Gunman. Yaya has been good friends with Joe for at least 20 years. A good amount of oR still hangs out and with Joe being the noob that he is, he never mentioned that he still plays AA until confusion told us back in September. Epic, Scarface, and I were all immediately interested and decided to come back. I was the first to download but the next day Joe was banned for using a first name and Epic and Scarface said they didn't want to play after that although they have since recanted and said they will give it a try after Joe gets unbanned.

As I mentioned before, Johnny from Audigy/iog will also play with us and those guys all keep in contact a bunch of old AA players (Epic talks to like a 100 himself) so unbanning Joe could easily have a domino effect and lead to an AA renaissance so that we don't have nights that we have often had lately where our AA play is restricted of 1 hour of single digit players before everyone leaves. I am enjoying playing AA again but I would enjoy it more with more people especially with old friends.

Anyways, if he doesn't change, you can always ban him again and hopefully for a better reason than using someone's first name which I have seen many other people do, including admins.

PS I don't see any reference to you in that screenshot Gunny unless you refuse to apologize which is not my experience with you.

lol, if those people only want to download this game just so they can play with Joe, then that can only say that none of them could give a shit about this game. Most people playing Assist today have been playing for over 15/20+ years, for the sole reason that we love the game.

It's only in recent times that more and more people have been spreading the word about Assist on YouTube, Instagram and other social media which have resulted in a far greater number of people downloading and playing again. BS drama such as the kind that Joe likes, is WHY there are sometimes single figure numbers in the servers. I really fail to see how un-banning a toxic player like Joe for the sake of gaining 3 to 4 Joebangers can be a valid argument, when there are so many more people that actually WANT to play.

If you guys really, so desperately, want to play with Joe, then why don't you guys go play online Tetris or something.

First fact.... He was on a weeks ban .When his ban was finished, He come back and still was actting like an ass .
Vote Kicking people for map vote, Tking.   I told them to stop . And started bs with me .I took the screen shots and not only that . He was using my name with a fraud at the end . Then he got the ban .That he has now . All screen shots we're sent to assist admins . When the discussion to ban him was done . His  probably lying to you all . So stop the bullshit.  You weren't there . So stay out of it . The end .

Couldn't have said it better.... Rain just picks out the name thing as the only thing that Joe has done, but if he had been here for the last 3-4 years at least, he'd have a much better understanding of how Joe has been behaving to others in the community.

Alex/Assist admins, I really think it's time to close this thread, I don't see how anything constructive can come from this thread continuing.
