Hello

Lately I wanted to play again with one of my old accounts I used to play 1 year ago. I can find it on Battletracker: [-Pino^.V2] but I can't login with it. When I try to login it is said that username doesn't exists. But if I can find it, it means it exists doesn't it? What can I do?

I know I should ask on battletracer itself but they seem to be slow to answer.

Sounds like Battletracker username and AA username aren't the same. You have probably registered yourself with a name "randomCampa" and then using [-Pino^.V2] as your playername. You can try to recover the password if you remember the email you're using for that account.

But it probably won't tell your username so no help from this...

Well if you search for a player on Battletracker, a name will appear. That's the battletracker name or the AA name? Kind of lost now ...
And the strange part is that my email is the same as that for Ganja account ...
Is it possible to have 2 accounts for 1 email?

It's the playername as it says.

Nah I'm 100% lost, I don't really remember what happened with that account. Perhaps I deleted it? Is it possible to delete an account? What if I had no battletracker before auth shutdown? acc lost?

Ah I think i've found the corresponent email, I did lost pass, but when I look inbox I receive no new pass wtf.

But that would probably delete the player related to that account too, right? I don't know how they have designed their system, but it would just stupid to keep "useless" data in the database.

I ask new pass to an email and when I go check there's nothing. normally it's immediately isn't it? what could be wRONG?
edit: problem solved, had a lucky guess on the username and pass
