« on: Monday, December 03, 2012, 15:51:27 PM »

Running as a virtual machine in vmware

Mouse movements seems to magnified 10000+ %

Anyone seen this/has a solution?

I had an odd problem trying something similar. I tried Win8 and WinXP in VirtualBox to run the editor and the mouse acted like a joystick with constant movement on any position other than dead center. It might be issues with virtualization as this hasn't been reported before.

I'm just testing the new Assist client.
I have no plans to jump to Linux, perfectly happy with Win7.
And no, a dual boot isn't i my future.

I've isolated the problem to be AA specific, so for my tests of the Assist Client, I'm ok with the bug, I was just curious.

Ubuntu is also a live disc, should run better than in VM
