Because they are the only ones i know, playing with 5 accounts in 1 day, ghosting every time they join a server, and tking with noobaccounts. I'm not saying all israeli are kids, but a lot of them are, it's a fact

If you want to do a real comparesment you should:
A - count all active players in all countries.
B - Somehow check what is the percentage of players in each country that were banned/ are currently "ruining" the game
C - Run a t-test (or Wilcoxon rank test- if you can't prove normal distribution)
D - Analyse results and prove significant difference.

Untill then, there are no facts, just some random occusations

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
