Account activation help

Hello,
me and my brothers wanted to play America's Army again but we stuck at the registration part because we get:

"We're e-mailing you to let you know that your America's Army 2.5 Assist account is pending activation. When this happens, it means something caused our system to mark your account for manual activation by an admin. This is usually caused by another account being detected. To prevent abuse, we currently only allow 1 account per computer. The only thing you can do right now is wait. An admin will look at your account and make a decision soon. When that happens, you will receive another e-mail. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
This is true because we are in the same room and I think the system falsely detects it.
So it someone of you could activate these accounts please:

The rule is one account per computer.

I know but why are they still not actived? They have both a computer and two other friends who registred got they activation mail in about 10 minutes. =/

They were linked by IP, that's why. I see it's 2 different computers and manually activated them both. Now get in-game! Hooah?
