I wouldn't know what direction to point you to go about starting to fix training. ELiZ was doing pretty good in redirecting 2.8's communications, he'd probably know how to intercept and understand the training servers.

Horrible idea.

Will only detour new and future players from even playing.


I dont even know if this will include the ridiculously long medic and sf training. Either way its a pita and i dont remember if my acc was pre or not but I have done legit training on at very least 5 accounts in the past.

I kinda miss the training mainly for the sniper and medic.

Medic because it taught people how to actually use it, instead of new players standing staring at you for ages not knowing what to do  :? even though it was a tad boring :down:

And only being able to use sniper after getting a high enough score on markmanship, it made it feel more privileged that it wasn't available to everyone :style: not sure if people will agree with me on that one though  :P

Not he's not. When I was still an admin we have like 2 or 3 hackers that made new account pretty much every day.

Training is a load of crap. I don't want to spend my time passing everything again. It took me ages to hit enough targets out of 40 to do the sniper training (not practising it for hours again). Besides the medic and SF stuff is just a test and you can get answers to the quiz on the web.

Training is pointless by itself, but yes I understand how it will reduce the amount of accounts (but I don't want to pay for it).

Wow, even me with 0.6 k/d can get at least 38 out of 40 shots. It's not that hard. The SF and Medic stuff is boring though which I hate to say because the devs spent a fair bit of time on it to teach Army training & values.

Hi Guys! I've just installed AA on a fresh ubunu os. But I can't bring it up to start. After clicking a server, a can see for a short moment the AA Logo. Thats it. Any idea?

The problem with pball legitimately is Windows vs Linux. Pball uses directX for the physics, which is owned by Microsoft and doesn't run on Linux. I say this as a Linux stan that hasn't used Windows regularly in years. :P
