Then turn your volume down.
That's the effect of the flashbang - a flash and a bang. You're not supposed to hear after it goes off.

I play high volumed so I can hear enemy how I'm supposed to turn my volume down when I need that..

It's really simple. You have to figure out which is more important, your hearing or hearing the enemy. It's the same way for everyone.
