I couldn't care about proof. Not much in your story seems plausible. Not to mention you're not defending any of my comments aside from "I'm not bull shitting Spanky." as well as a lack of description in what you claim to have done. That and half a dozen other conversations with questionable content leads me to believe you're full of it.

1) I hooked up 4 monitors together and then thought why not add some more.  So with the help of some of my friends we took 4 more and then got those to work.  Then we hooked up 7 more to see what would happen.  We eventually had to unplug them because the computer couldn't output to all of them  Then we hooked up 3 more computers.  hooked up 4 monitors to 3 of the computers, then hooked up the last 3 monitors to the last computer.  Then once that was done we set up the computers using a program similar to XSAN.  This program allowed us to share the data across these 4 computers and split the threads of the programs to each computer.  We also set up a hook into the CSS program which allowed us to get a 360 degree view.  Then we used the program to, for each computer, in a synchronized fashion, set up the 360 degree view.  We then put 4 tables around a chair and a bunch of mouse pads on them with a rubber ball underneath the keyboard.  Then using a mouse with a really long cable, hooked it up to the main computer.  Then we had a spinning chair with a movable mouse and keyboard for a 360 degree view.

About the only credible thing you said in that whole paragraph was:
using a program similar to XSAN.
That was still pretty vague and useless since XSAN is a file system for sharing storage. Anyway, the whole basis that my argument is on is that I was assuming you were using Windows to game, not a flavor of Apple. That's probably why you used 1 of 5 games that run on Apple instead of a more enjoyable newer title (assuming you actually did do this). My lack of knowledge towards Apple products doesn't mean that I'll automatically believe you. In any event, why would you need to move the mouse and keyboard and chair around? It's not like the center camera view moves to another monitor. It would seem like looking over your shoulder would be a good option. Speaking of which, no mention on how you fixed FOV issues?

Related, but not, you may wonder why I can be such a cold hearted asshole. Well, I got tired of you and where your project was going so we eventually stopped talking. Then, out of nowhere, you come here (yea, I know Delta invited you and I'm ok with that) but you came and started talking to everyone again for the sole purpose of recruiting people for you next failure of a project. When you did that, my respect for you reached an all-time low. Then the unbelievable thing happened: I remembered why I didn't like you. You try to brag about everything and try to +1 everybody to the point that it's annoying, again, respect reached another low. Ever wonder why I don't message you? I removed you from my "buddy list" many many months ago and when you came back, I didn't add you again, so even if I did want to message you, I have no way of doing that unless I add you again or unless you message me first.

that was harsh :(  I'm not going to say anything because of the fact that you'll just be even more mean to me.  Well besides this one thing:

Using a program similar to XSAN meant that it was similar in that instead of sharing data it shared the threads of each program and ran them on the computers, so if we had 4 threads, 1 would run on each computer.

Edit: one last thing, to fix the FOV issues we just modified the CSS camera so that it was a 24 degree angle.

Now I'm going to stop responding to you.  Good day to you

BLUECHILL
YOU ARE
A FUCKED-UP
BRAGGING
FAGGOT

I know HsC's policies are to avoid swearing outside the non-bitching boards. I do apologise to whoever feels the above is outrageously innocent, for the lack of a more appropriate term. In all honesty, Bluechill, I could care less whether you have proof to prove you are truly talented. However, let it be said that people who truly are talented do not usually feel the need to prove themselves or attain recognition; let alone brag about it 24/7. Why don't they? Because their work speaks for themselves. Because their presence is full. Because their creativity reaches to others through pure silence. Because their speech is cared and often well responded to. [...time to take a hit on you!] Because others feel motivated to work with them and help their projects come true.

You have neither of those qualities. As a matter of fact, you do the complete opposite to that. You get boring, annoying, tiring, egocentric, attention-whore and many many many other words some lads in this community would be more than willing to add to the list. For as much as I would like to not have to tell you these things [...don't fool yourself. I enjoy every bit of this post so far; and rest aside, will love it even more after submitting it to the online-world!], fact is that you are a pain in the bloody ass to talk to. I highly doubt even the kindest person on Earth would stand more than a couple of minutes talking to you without crossing thoughts with the underrated notions of, par example: pest, faggot, wanker and ordinary.

"What the...why is everyone attacking me and being a douche to me?", you wonder...? Ha! Stop, stop, stop. There you go buddy...that is exactly why! Yet once again, you, Sir Alexander VXIIIIIIIIIII, have projected reality onto a self-centered mind-structure (Let's hope this is just a malfunction within your mind-campus. You could be damned for life otherwise!). Get over it. Go understand why it is that people don't seem to like you. Or don't; it might be wary-stupid of me to consider you have the ability to better yourself whilst at the swing of a self-centered tailed life experience.

Bottom line: Leave this community.

[Nate, sorry for hijacking your thread and going a bit off topic. I'll make it up to you somehow --sex not included!]

I agree with Dann up and to the point of saying leave this community. You're more than welcome to stay, everybody is. I won't flame your posts or show (much) disgust towards you. You came into my thread with a related statement that focuses attention towards yourself and, in my opinion, lies. I'm sure you won't but, again, feel free to stay.

Dann, you didn't hi-jack. Alex already took care of that.

I'm not a game coder or maths genius but I don't see how that ties in. I mean, I get the 15 monitors and a 24 degree angle but there's 1 camera, not 15 cameras.

I don't know about that. Little known fact: I get down to the rec center on bingo night and there's usually a couple of rogue granny's playing scrabble in the corner. I do pretty good :)

Finally got my 3rd 20" monitor fixed up and my desk organized and cleaned so I shot a new video showing GTA4 & Dirt2 as well as my computer starting up. I'll edit it up and put it on YouTube later today and post the link here. Should be pretty cool :)
