I do remember the hype that was around the official AA forums when talks of 1.8 not becoming a release (and instead, 1.9 + Medical Training) took place. Somewhere around 2003, if I recall correctly?! Can't tell for sure.

Speaking of which, is unR still alive? Scandii was/is apart of it, correct?

unR isn't too alive anymore. At least not in AA2.5 . I know some of the guys are playing AAPG now (from the chats on FB). And yes, scandii was a part of unR, but he doesn't play AA anymore for as much as I know.

PS. I was in unR as well ( [unR]Plitter ).

Argh 1.2.1 (AA:O) – 3. October 2002, my favourite ever version =p. I stayed there until version 1.7 afaik. Until the devs came onto the servers and told us they where shutting it down. The community was great back then. Memories....
