Md5 tool kick. HELP PLEASE!!

This is the limit. Iam done with it now... since this week iam getting kicked from every server i join because of this stupid md5 tool message. I did everything, reinstall pb , reinstall the game, fix pb, reset repair aa, start/stop pnkbstr.a service etc etc.

Please give me a clue how to fix this unbelievable irritating kick.

If i reinstall punkbuster i cant even join a server then it says : version mismatch and something with '' antipoke''.

Its getting worser every day... And iam sure that its not only me who getting all this kicks.

Please help me out..

ps. Iam on W7 64 bit

i have the same problems, md5 error every day when i start to play... after 3-5 pb fix and lot's of luck i am able to join a server, but it takes a lot of time.

Lucky you . I cant even stay in a server for more then 1 minute since 2 days.. Keyboard doesnt survive anymore longer  :style:

just a try to help you out of this:

search your computer for ALL aa2 or aa3 files. most of them you maybe do not see because they are in hidden folders. and i am almost sure, that this could solve your problem. search and look for older or newer installations of aa*, but first configure your windows browser to see the hidden folders.

delete ALL of the aa related files - realy everything - and try a real fresh and new installation of aa25assist. i hope it will work. this game needs every player - except cheaters. then start the game without any changes (no changes at user.ini at this moment) and watch out what happend. if still on error, post the error message in here, but do not forget to tell us what king of operating system you use.

this md5 kick is effecting alot of players, including me, i get kicked atleast one time, mostly 2 times before i can play, just random. before last updates of assist this kick was not so popular, what happened?

Correlation doesn't necessarily mean causation.

i have all ports open, its not problem from our side, but as it seems with 2-3 more patches/updates all players will be kicked with md5.

This doesn't work. Don't have any of this installed and iam sure its not my RAM mem, or error on my hard disk.

Yesterday i played some on a hospital server. i didnt got kicked. After that tried to play some Urban on PE server. Get kicked from that every time after 1 minute. Is there a difference between servers that could be the issue???

This is what i just saw. haven't seen it earlier on:

Might have found the solution. I turned off Windows firewall before. just turned it on and dont get kicked anymore!??

I recall when you posted the screenshot, Alkos. Unfortunately, I can't provide any insight as I also haven't seen any temp files on my end. My best guess would be a permissions issue, but without being any to reproduce I can't really say for certain.

play more and you will get theses files...assist7z,7ztmp1 2 3 4 and so one..doesnt happen all the time and this has been happening for years... i have probably deleted over a hundred times...was just wondering y it keeps making duplicates...
