I wouldn't believe anyone without serious evidence that it wasn't them, anyways can say that it was someone, only the true ones should be able to gather proof. Anyone blaming someone else for a ban, just throws off flags all over it. Unless they come here with proof, like hey I played this day on this IP and HW, you banned me for playing via this IP and this HW which is roughtly 5,000 miles away, can you please look into this. I would be ok with looking into something of the sort for someone, but the whole "My brother" spiel is trash. I would almost want to ban every IP and HW associated with the individual just for using such an excuse.
