I would like to appeal the ban on my account as listed below:

Reason: Banned for ROE.# - SF Hospital -29,526   [HT]-HERO-TURTLES s1

OK. So I got this ROE score in 40 minutes - I was killing nurses, and this particular server has a VERY high ROE limit. It isn't even possible to get the score in 40 minutes killing fellow players for heaven sake. I'd get TKed back before I even had a chance to get even close to that kind of score in that time.

If I go round killing NPCs (nurses etc) - I'm not hurting anyone else, I don't see the problem.

I can understand a ban for that level of TKing, but not for nurses - I think that is totally unfair, as you don't even warn about this anywhere - do you think I would bother if I knew there was a risk of a ban? As such I don't think this week long ban is fair, and I would be grateful for it to be revoked.

I know you cared when I started TKing real players (back); that's why you reported me after all. I was talking about nurses.

Funnily enough you said and did nothing when I was initially TKed. I think you must have seen my ROE and assumed I was TKing many players.

But anyway, I TKed them back and they TKed me back; this went on for a several rounds, that's why I didn't stop immediately when you warned me. It did stop eventually however- while you were on the server no less. I even returned to that server after that, prior to the ban, with no problems.

Do you realize how much ROE you accumulated? You've played SF Hospital for 10 hours and have a net score of -29,526. That's is utterly ridiculous. Your ban is for just a week so just wait it out. It won't be lifted. Next time you get caught it'll be a one month ban, so cut it out.

Furthermore, if you look at our internal tracker (ELiZ's), you'll see he accumulated about half of it (-12,229 if I'm not mistaken) in 44 minutes.

Well, ROE is there for a reason, we get a notification when someone goes over a threshold of roe, you went over it, now just follow the rules of engagements over a week.

We can not see whether you killed nurses or not, but ROE is there for a reason. It could just as well be intentional teamkills. Either way of playing is bad because you wont be helping the team by killing nurses, you just show your position, waste ammo and be one useless player for the team. It's all griefing.
