Both =[STORMY]=_aro, and =[STORMY]=_remas have been going around servers and just tking everyone.

They came in ours and pulled the same sh1t. Thave been permanently banned on our server and noted to never be removed.

I suggest all other servers and groups follow.

Don't global ban them, just send them a warning, to show them they can't just do what they want. And if someone is tk'ed again, just report and ban them. My opinion

same on Mafioso server. Had to perm ban them earlier this week for it. at this rate they won't have a server to play on. :D

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
