Yes he was banned on =IGC= servers today for tag stealing, tking and abusive actions. He will be watched unless aao25 bans him eternity. This kid needs to be teached.

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
