Reset your router. It will fix it. Or modem. There are spywares which blockes out the pages you visit the most, so for you polishmoms.org and tracker, dl malwarebytes and do a full scan in safe mode, worth a shot if the router resetting don't do it.

Reset and still dont work

Run a trace route please as teddy mentioned, open command prompt and do:

tracert battletracker.com and hit enter, once done show us the results. Then we can tell if you are getting blocked upstream or directly from their web server.

Your route to the web server is fine, looks like your IP Address is directly blocked from their web server, here is a traceroute from our Chicago network to them with no issues:

You get dropped right after hop 13 showing that you are blocked directly from the web server. You will want to find a way to possibly contact their web master.

switch off your router for at least 24 hours. then you should have a new ip from your internet provider.
and you are sure you did not use this ip twice somewhere you shouldn't?
