Happen to me once. I open assist, logged in, joined server and then connection went down, isp auto changed my ip and so got that error when i tried to connect again to server, because my ip was different. Dunno if is your issue, but try closing Assist or logout and do it all over again.

I took a look at the IP addresses you have had in the last 24 hours, and you had the staggering amount of 22 different IPs during that period.

What type of connection do you use, Wireless, 4G?

Something strange is my Internet company says I can not change IP and it changes alone all three Months... a virus? What can i do ?
and i connect with Network cable to the modem

You should be able to get a fixed IP, by paying for one
