account activation declined

hi Admins .
i was activating an accont to my soon ,, i don't know how assist check multiple accounts i suppose same ip address , because i used different e-mail (the e-mail of my son) .. the only thing that we have together is the IP address ... however ,
i got this message !
message from aa assist:
"most likely you have an account. We no longer allow people to create multiple accounts"

how i can bypass this error .. ?
the assist account blocked is "alexmalefico"

Theres a 1 account Per computer rule. It's not the ip giving u problem its the fact your trying to register a new account on a computer that already has a account registered to it. Will have to wait for a admin to come in a to verify this.

There is a bug that sometimes trigger a false positive.
Is now active.

As a father, why didn't you give him one of your 2 accounts?

regarding this .
when I realized that my old account was still on the site .. I tried to retrieve it and, of course, I dropped what I had created , but , I was so taken that I have completely removed the  creation of the profile .

i'm disabling it so my situation should be clean .. 1identity for each profile  .
