Good morning!

I need help to retrieve my first AA account that this parade already has about 5 years or more because I have forgotten my password and email she's with 100 of honor and is my first account. is how to help me

Since that account doesn't exist on battletracker, I'm assuming you're looking for an old account that was only registered on americasarmy.com.

Since the US Army stopped supporting this game more than 3 years ago, their databases no longer exist. So your account is forever gone.

And even if it did exist on battletracker.com, we don't contorl their site nor the accounts there so there's really nothing we can do about accounts there.

If you wish to reclaim your honor, you need to provide us with proof of you having said honor and your new account link.

i hope the ip (and more) will be checked also before the honors would be given "back" to such requesters. otherwise it's so easy to search for a non used account at bt, grabbing out some old pictures of this player while ingame, and thenk asking for a honor transfer to the "new" account.

Don't worry, Merlin, we don't give out honor just for asking.
Although checking IP would be pretty pointless, because those can change with years.

And you can't just post a screenshot of someone having a high honor, it needs to be proven that that person is/was you.

I've given honor for a matching date of birth combined with the country of origin compared to old inaccessible BT accounts.

So all in all, you need not worry about this, Merlin.
