You can turn all of your HUD off in the AA settings menu.

As seen from the shoutbox he would want there to be no console shown either.

One possibility for the console would be to have the server spam empty lines.
Another (and I'm not 100% sure of this right now) might be offline (I think I recall that the console was empty offline by default - but I might be wrong.)

Use these two commands to completely remove hud.

And to reenable it use this:

Even if you do it offline, you'll still get PB messages in the console. The way I've done it in the past is to rename the PB folder in System and then load AA with the HUD and everything disabled. Thats how I took all the map images.

Or disable HUD offline and press "Tab" or "g" or whatever the key is. The console will dissapear

You open the console and type afc (afc stands for Admin Force Class). This will then give you a weapon code to put after the command. For example, to force class an RPG would be afc rpg, an M4/SF is afc sf, etc. Everything else like to change the round time, change the map, ban/kick people, you'd press F12 for the admin panel. :)
