I have tried to log in today into AA2.5. I was very supprised because I got a message with the following text: "BANNED! .. Reason: Mouse macro usage"
I know the rules and I always play legal way. I've never used macros (I do not know what is it).
Where can I ask to cancel my name from the banlist??

But I dont use the official mouse software (driver) or any other software with it.

 yea I thought the samething, I thought long as you don't make macros on mouse or keyboard ur able to install the software that come with that type of mouse

We detect the usage of Mouse Macros.
So it doesn't matter if it's HW or software that is used.
