I always have trouble distinguishing whether a thread is meant seriously or ironically. I hope you mean what you write.
I think the server is home hosted, like it was in the past. A lot of internet providers in Germany have changing IP adresses, so banning the IP perhaps isn't the best solution...

Just before my first post, the 2 accounts (Fox1Alpha and The-Sandman) were online. Sandman was logged in as playeradmin, Fox not. Both were idle at spawn for at least 10 rounds. We kicked Fox with pb_kick and he immediatley rejoined to be idle. There was also an admin (non player --> "AdminConsole" in pb_playerlist) online. He was active, because he banned players (didn't kick :-)), changed round time from 1 minute to 20 minutes, eg.

Its strange that The-Sandman still had kills although being idle, i wonder how u do that

If you look at the stats, for example this line: 4 kills, 210 deaths, 05h 03m played - it is quite obviously that even new players would have more kills within this time. He didn't played active.

ips may change but try with a mac ban since there is no two computers that have the same mac address

Ban for IP: easy to avoid
MAC adress: changable from Windows position.
Username ban: another account and HALLELUJAH

Exactly, they are all far to easy to change in just a few minutes.
