Can't change AA name?

Hello, when I try to change my AA name through assist I get sent to battletracker and then get the error message "You are not allowed to enter this page. You do not have the required permissions to enter this page." Any idea what is going on?, I've been trying for some days now..

You have to login at BattleTracker in order to access your profile page where you can change your name.

Under tracker settings in battle tracker where you change it. Case you didn't know
