I cannot find those characters otherwise. Found this somewhere on the internet.

Yea, I checked over there. I can't type those characters =(
-
Doesn't the Windows character map have them?
-
Nope, they don't show. It stops after a certain hex value. I found that I can type them in my word processor

The Linux character map has a ton of these things. :)

I would believe so. I guess it'd make more sense the Windows character map doesn't display all 100,000 something characters in Unicode considering so many of them are obscure ones used in Latex or engineering stuff. Linux just makes more sense most of the time, no one really is going to question information there lol.
I'm also pretty surprised that Arial can display all these characters, unless firefox is switching fonts for displaying this stuff?
BTW, what font are you using on linux in the browser?
-
Yeah, I guess that's true.

I'm not sure what this means.
Serif Font: Times New Roman.
Sans-Serif Font: Arial.
-
Most of these come to me as squares. I would try something fun but am too busy :(

That's interesting, because I only have the default and special unicode fonts on my linux. I think they are just called Serif, Sans Serif, DejaVu Sans, and Code2000. Theres a few others that I can't remember but I don't think I use them.
btw, fonts like Times and Arial are supposed to be really expensive proprietary fonts.

My system font is Sans. But, I'm using Google Chrome, they might have bought the rights to use those fonts.
-
I see all of those fine in FF.
-
I'm using Chrome and most are just boxes. I was kinda confused by the first post because they were all boxes. :D :D

That's odd, because I'm using Chrome and I can see them all fine.
-
I'm using Chrome on Windows 7. I think Killaman and Kody are both using Vista, and I know Blueblaster is on XP so that may be why. Plus, as I recall, Blueblaster has a ton of fonts added.

Actually.....

looks like I have over 600 different font files on my computer, counting duplicates of course.

I have 564 fonts :o

Damn. It was a flip of a coin Blue :) I know you like to minimize with nLite but I also know you like to have extra fancy things like custom icons and whatnot.
