Well that is actually just a short cut to the master system preference.  Mac os x has it too ;)

I doubt MS would refer to that as godmode. Just some 12 year old decided to name it as godmode.

This code is completely useless though, only useful for Windows 95, unless you like to have all the settings in one place for 7.
