It's not often I make a thread, but a gem like this needs one.

I can't even try to describe it because it is the oddest article I have ever read, but I heard about it at school prior to reading. I love Wisconsin.

WTF? Maybe that made more sense <1900, but not now, especially not in some place in the United States.
