Title: International ts
Post by: Ganja on Sunday, February 01, 2015, 18:57:03 PM
Don't forget to hop on the official Assist teamspeak from time to time to have fun.

Made this screeny today to show you how international the teamspeak is. You'll even be able to make friendly scrims with people you never played with before.

What are you waiting for?

ts.aao25.com

Edit: alright my image is clearly a fail, it was supposed to show the 8 different country flags behind their name which represents the international side :D

When we have a lot of US players on TS (we had 13 one night not too long ago) it's never on the aao25 ts.

I know. I always wake up and see you playing but never know on which god forsaken TS you're on...

Which is pretty weird, because the aao25 ts is located in America.
So if americans do not really use them, and europeans do, it might be wise to use a more european located server due to latency.

I don't think latency plays too big a role in TS... The difference for me would probably be aroun 40-60ms, which is not really too big a deal with voice communication.

But I could be wrong.

For the last couple of months it's always been the iL ts.

Talk to Nick about hosting the ts in Europe if you want to.

Ya location for VOIP usually does not matter, do you notice any sort of lag or distortion?

If its an issue we can of course look into moving where it is hosted.
