I'm connected to him right now :) Going through stuff. No success yet. Although, I set his IP to be DMZ and it still says the ports are closed. Which indicates to me that it's something on his computer. I uninstalled Norton and he has to restart now so we'll see if that's the culprit.

u can get on now but i checked ports still closed.
