Either way, I LOL since I've never flown and see no reason why I would want to. It's all a thing where if you want it, you gotta pay for it. Courtesy and "included" items can't be expected to be free these days because way too many people fly. Back in the day it was more elite and few people but the rich flew. They could afford to give away luxuries.
