So I haven't played for a while and thought I would download the client and check it out again.
I tried to login but says wrong info entered. I tried to recover password but never receive an email.
Not sure what to do next, and I did notice in my forum profile, my AA name was incorrect but assuming it's not linked to the game itself.

NVM. Figured it out. Was missing the clan tag. But still haven't received any emails.

For me the email went to the Trash folder, look there. Mark the email as not trash.
edit:
I have fixed something in the password reset page, now the email will be sent correctly if the user specified only the account email :up:, not sure if it is related to your issue.
