Title: Shared IP because of NAT

I have a new player in my house that wants to be able to play on 25Assist.  We set up his account on Battletracker and 25Assist, but he got an email saying that his account needs to be manually activated since the system detected he was using the same IP as me.  We are on NAT, so of course we will share an IP.  Can his account be activated?  His username is 'mrredbark'

I'm pretty sure his account wasn't rejected, but rather put on hold for manual activation.
