I had every training completed on the official account, but I guess you guys didn't carry it over. I just tried SF Pipeline and it said I wasn't qualified for the map. Can you fix that? Thanks!

You have to re-do training. We can't "carry it over". We aren't working in an official capacity, we don't have access to the databases that the AA devs used. We simply look at Battletracker to see if training was accomplished before January 2012. If you didn't have an account there then there's nothing we can do.

It's not that difficult to pass all the training, just take patients, game well worth it once you have completed it
