cant seem to find a fix, have done a full install as well. every time a map loads its fine, as soon as i become a character I cant see the floor, i see through walls too. NEED A FIX please asap.

well thats a bit shite, loved this game back in the day and now ive come back to it there's no way to play?

Looks like this issue can not be solved, similiar to bala problem and several others.
One of my members did had the same after a new graphic card, he did solf it to lower performance of it. look if this can help ore els google for it. Good Luck!

Don't listen to Bernard, he's just here for the lulz and trolling.
Sounds to me as well as a graphics/driver issue. Maybe you can try another graphcis card driver? Older one or newer if you've not got the most recent.

Alt+tab out of the game to desktop, back to game, and if its not goof, do it couple of times again. I need to do it sometimes several times because the gfx problem can just change to different, I do it normally until its fine or at least nearly fine.
Its often with radeon cards so, and especially with catalyst driver. Change catalyst 3d settings, it also might help.
