Hi!,

my brother can't login in the 2.5 assist of america's army with his account. His username is yuyuman, and when he put his username and his password, appear a text message saying that his account is banned for the admins of aao. Can you activate this account please?

Sounds like it is linked to your account. Before Admins takes a look into this, you can help their job by posting battletracker link to the account you're talking about. Also because it is ( as I assume ) linked to your account you should post battletracker link to that as well. If you're playing from same ip but different mac adresses, you should be both good to go, unless there is somekind of wrongdoing behind the ban.

The account (created almost 2 years ago) was created on the computer that you yourself - at least at that time - were mainly using that's why it was rejected.

Have him create a new account on his PC (and not yours).
