Title: Not able to login

Hi Good day,
I just played a few days ago. Now my password is not working anymore.
Tried also the password reset. It did recognized my username but never received a e-mail.
It's about account: [$k!T]-$a!nt.^
E-mail should be: z.j****@hotmail.com or z.j******@gmail.com not sure which one I used.
