Either you or the server you're joining is out of date. If this happens on all servers, close Assist and restart it. If that fails, delete your LocalFiles.txt in your Assist folder.

You seem to be unlucky with the mirror(Sourceforge) that your computer download from, it seem to have issues.
Try again, I did the same on server as I did last time, restart client 1 more time.
