Title: making new accounts

hey guys ! I had  a friend that tried to make a new account with this https://auth.aa25.org/register/   once he filled all info out and clicks submit  its says http error 5000 and he dosent get an account ? is it still possible to make new accounts or thats over ? :(

Ignore this "Error 500", Everything else is fine and accounts are resgistered normally.
Edit:
I fixed the error, it was missing an image library on our server.
