i cant get into my old account  please help .admin can dm me .i had the samr thing happen awhile back .and teddy_grizzly_bear .helped me

Can you point me to where / when / how I helped you out last time? That way I can figure out what the issue was and / or how to resolve it.

It would also help if you mentioned what the actual details of the issue you're having now are. What's stopping you from logging on? Do you know the login, the in game name, or the email associated with the account? (PS: if you know the email, send it as a PM instead of replying here)
