Help i lost my account the admins dont let me recover my account, i sent the password recover and they dont send me anything, help me please.

What account are you talking about? Is it your battletracker account? I'll assume it is.
What is your battletracker account link? (i.e like this (http://battletracker.com/index.php?page=AAOPlayerStats&pid=358887)).
Are you sure you're looking in the correct email inbox?
Did you check tour spam folder?
If all of the above checks out, then do you use the same (@hotmail.com) email for your battletracker account?
I know they've had trouble sending emails to hotmail accounts for some time, for some reason.

The problem is most likely that battletracker.com is having issues sending emails to hotmail.com accounts (I've seen multiple reports of such problems). I don't know why this is and I can't do anything to fix it.
We have no control over battletracker.com accounts so we can't change your email for you.
The only admin there has been missing for literally years now.
You can try and make a new account with an email other than hotmail.

I know that!! you say me that i have to open other account with a mail, (not hotmail), but the admin dont let me play with a new account, i cant active my old account, what can i do???

Your old account does not need activation, you can just use it to play.

Since I know that battletracker.com has had issues sending emails to @hotmail.com accounts, I activated your new account.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but since we don't have control over battletracker.com accounts directly, there is nothing more I can do.
