Title: Get an American server
Post by: Lukinhass on Friday, May 15, 2015, 12:11:37 PM
Hello! Good afternoon!
What procedures should I take to get a managed server hosting in the US?
Much like the Get a Server To Play with the members of my Clan, and even invited ..

Vortex offers both European and North American hosted servers.

Costs as a 16:20 Slots Server?

Which of these two above and has better ping Players Brazilians?

I don't know. I would try to make a test period from the game server providers you are looking at. but without paying for this test period for sure.
then you will see what provider/server would be the best for you.

From their site:

Please note: Gameserservers.com doesn't support the 2.5 "Assist" version of America's Army at this time.

There's a host in Dallas, that must be as close as it gets, i guess. You should talk with Nick for all the details about Vortex servers :) .

don't look at Nick, it would mean that you have to do something. and you are not really stupid, aren't you? a link is a link, no more words needed.

I see exactly what Nick sees, no 2.5 Assist support. Where does it say differently Merlin?

Not worth commenting on this with your respect issues and overall rudeness, if that makes you feel better then the more power to ya. Sorry not feeding any wood to your drama fire :P (if you even comprehend that)

It clearly states no 2.5 assist support so not sure what issue you are having?

Anyhow Nate is right, their site mentions no where that it supports the project here, only AA2.

why be so rude towards nick merlin????  all he does is try to help people

It is because I told him a few weeks back I would look through some server logs to help him troubleshoot an issue however instead of replying back in a day it took me 2-3 days as I was in the middle of moving and working but apparently that struck a bad nerve in his spine...
