Title: Creating account - denied activation

Hi all, it's me again :)

In the earlier years I played AA together with my brother, as I'm playing again sometimes I notified him about the community around AA 2.5
Yesterday he was at my place to play together with me, I tried to create a new account for him (Perbert_) on another computer (cause I know you can't have 2 accounts on the same pc) But today I got an email that the activation of the account is denied :(

So I'm wondering why this account has been denied? Is it because we were on the same netwerk?
Is it possible to activate it?

I rejected it because it was activated on a computer that had already been logged into with this account:

Which would be fine if the main computer for the account was different, but in fact it's the only computer this account has ever used.
