Title: Cannot login

Hey all,

I recently tried to return and play a few rounds but am unable to login to my account via the 25assist client.
When I try to login with my Battletracker username (slammedsedan21), I get a notice that the username does not exist.

After reading on the forums, I used my current in-game display name (Slammed!) and am met with a message stating that my password is incorrect.

I can login on the Battletracker website, however not the 25assist client. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Can you  give me a link to your BT account? If you have never logged into 25Assist prior to the DB change (users do login with our database, not from BT anymore) you will have to create a new account here: https://auth.aa25.org/register/

Tried to register and it says my email is already taken. Is this due to being registered on the forum? I don't recall ever registering after the DB change.

Getting an invalid password error now. Would it be the same password that was used previously? (My BT password).

No problem. I apologize for the inconvenience. We've had some bumps eliminating BT support.
