Getting an error that says my username does not exist in the database. Please help. Thank you!

I do not see an account existing with that username. Did you create an account here

Your Assist account and forum account are separate. One is used in-game while the other is used exclusively for the forums.

I stand corrected— you did indeed have an account from many years ago, albeit it with a slightly different username (low honor so it doesn't appear to have been played on much). In any case, I've activated your new account so you can hop in-game without having to fiddle with account recovery any further this evening.

I will go ahead and PM you the login name of your original account should you wish to use it for whatever reason.
