Hello ! Been awhile. I've been trying to login to the game. And it tells me, I can't connect to any servers??

What is stopping you from connecting to servers and/or using the shoutbox exactly?
Are you able to log in to 25Assist? If so, what username are you using to log?

When running assist the app freezes and the message "Unable to connect to any Assist servers, please check if your internet is connected and Assist is not blocked by your Firewall" pops up. I've shut my firewall off, reset my router, reinstalled Assist, called my internet provider and have yet found a soloution. I cannot access any of the options on Assist such as "Help" "Servers" and "Install" my only option is to click "quit" when the message appears. I also once got a message on Assist that said "Critical error in function: CheckShouts.Run?" I'm really at a loss and need help. I recently moved to a new PC and Assist began doing these things, so I moved back to my old one hoping it'd start to work but I'm now facing this issue on both PC's. Thank you so much for your time I'm up for any advice.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with your account on our side as best as I can tell.
Have you tried logging out and in again?
Also, are you using a VPN by any chance? That could have some problematic effects.

I cannot log out because Assist comes up with an error message and instatly shuts off because the only option available on the error message is to quit Assist. I've tried to reinstall it multiple times now but it keeps me logged in and unable to access anything. I've never had a VPN, no.

Has Assist been updated? If so, maybe there Is there a way to download an old version of Assist instead? Since it worked last month perfectly fine.

No. Assist hasn't had an update since June 2020.

Have you tried removing settings.dat in your assist installation folder? (refer to the FAQ if you don't know where it's installed).
This file keeps some of the login data so if you remove it, you should be prompted to log in again.

You're not prompted to log in again?
Or you are prompted to log in again, but once you do, you're at the same place again?
Or something else?
Are you running 25Assist as an administrator?
Do you have the 25Assist install in the default location or somewhere else?
Have you checked your installation for the System folder? (i.e this (https://aao25.com/forum/general-chat-90/fresh-installation/msg109240/#msg109240) issue)

So I installed a VPN and I could login ! Guess it has to do with , My IP ?? You sure its not blocked ???

There's definitely no IP ban.
Though potentially there could be a port issue, where the data simply doesn't get to the 25Assist auth server.
